Step 1: Log in to TCS Xplore

Step 2: Navigate to the “Contracts” Section

Once you’re logged in, locate the “Contracts” section on the left side of the dashboard. Click on this section to bring up the relevant information.

Step 3: Select the Relevant Contract

In the “Contracts” section, you’ll see a list of all your contracts with TCS. Select the contract for which you want to upload the service agreement.

Step 4: Click on “Attach Document”

Once you’ve selected the contract, scroll down to the “Service Agreement” section. Here, you’ll see an option to “Attach Document”. Click on this option to start the upload process.

Step 5: Upload the Service Agreement

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select the file you want to upload. Select the service agreement from your computer, and click on “Open” to start uploading it to TCS Xplore.

Step 6: Verify the Upload

After the upload is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message on the screen. Take a moment to verify that the service agreement has been uploaded correctly.

Step 7: Submit the Service Agreement

Once you’ve verified the upload, click on “Submit” to confirm the service agreement. This will notify TCS that the agreement has been uploaded and is ready for review.
